We are using those specific price points and not the MTH of the body or the MTH of the entire high to low. We use using this because this is the last down-close candle prior to this run-up after digging into the previous Order Block. This makes it a Propulsion Block.

  3. Highs and lows in the last three days
  4. Previous week high and low

All those are very quick, easy, and good general rules of thumb. They'll serve you extremely well for knowing where price will likely gravitate for inefficiencies or liquidity.

We use the wick of the +OB. Wick are Gaps. We are highlighting this older block that has FVG that is suggesting that we could go higher after stops have been taken. That is a high probability bullish order block.
